Cerramos la olla y dejamos que suba la presi\u00f3n con dos rayas. A partir de este momento contamos ocho minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez pasado el tiempo, separamos del fuego y dejamos que la olla pierda la presi\u00f3n por si sola.
